Juan H. Aponte, 87, of Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Jersey City, NJ and Cayey, Puerto Rico, passed away on Wednesday, October 25th, 2017.

Juan worked for many years in Perth Amboy, NJ as an Agricultural Worker and also as a Sanitation Worker.

Juan was predeceased by his wife, Carmen; his son, Juan, Jr. and his daughter, Lisette. He is survived by his brother, Gregorio Hernandez Aponte, his sister, Ines Hernandez and many nephews and nieces and great-nephews and nieces.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend the Funeral at Plaza Funeral Home on Monday, 10/30/17, at 10:00 am.  Interment at Arlington Cemetery, Kearny at 12:00 pm. Visiting at the funeral home on Sunday, 10/29, from 2:00-6:00 pm.
