FIGUEROA, Orfilia Ulloa, of Jersey City, passed away on June 10, 2017 at the age of 64. She is survived by her husband, Luis Figueroa; her son, Luis Figueroa; two daughters, Wendy and Rosa Figueroa; and grandchildren, Diana and Briana Negron, and Fabian, Xavier and Leah Figueroa.

Born on March 29,1949 in Pimienta, Honduras, she moved to Jersey City in 1973, where she worked as a seamstress for many years. She leaves an endearing legacy of compassion, love, and trust. The community at large grieves at the loss of our beloved Orfilia.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. The farewell ceremony will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 8:30 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Nicholas Church, Jersey City, at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery, Kearny.
