Phillip Mazzei, of Philadelphia, formerly of Jersey City, passed away unexpectedly on July 5th, 2017 at the Age of 41. . He is survived by his daughter Kayla, his mother Theresa, brothers and sisters: Michael, Stephen, Melissa, Timothy, Laura, Louis, Jennifer, and Jessica, many nieces and a nephews, whom he loved and adored. He also leaves behind many friends who had become his chosen family. He will be deeply missed by everyone he knew. Friends and family are welcome to attend the viewing at Plaza Funeral Home on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
